Adventures in Album Art

I couldn't think of a title for this post that could adequately convey the bad taste, bad design, and bad hair rampant in some of this album art . But for those of you who know me, or at least my point of view, I think you might find these examples good for a bit of a laugh!

I think I've had these two young fellows in one of my classes. I distinctly remember the machetes.
El Duelo del Mayoral

I always knew some of my students were clowns! In English, the title of this album means "Go to School".
Vamos a la Escuela

The ultimate result of multiculturalism: Yugoslavian-Mexican music, called Yu-Mex. Is it any wonder why the guy on the album cover looks like he's pondering which eth he ith today?
Ansambl 'Paloma' neva Ljubomir Milic

I thought only Black Muslims changed their names when they got religion...
Just Jesus and Me

I wonder what denomination this guy speaks for?
The Whole Church Should Get Drunk

Words fail me. The costume designer failed him.
Capt. Sky "Concerned Party No. 1"

Disco Rick! Uh, that hood is empty...
Disco Rick "The Negro's Back"

Well, I have to laugh at Swedes, after all, I am one...and I echo the site's author in saying "...what's he gonna to do with the hatchet and the bag o'rocks?"
Jimmy Jenson "Understand Your'e Swede" No one can understand that title either, but that's another story!

And for those of you who have been wondering what this Dixie Svenska looks like,
Is It True What They Say About Dixie? Barn Cat, you have competition!

Not enough fun? Check out Bizarre Records for more hilariously awful album art!
